Coming up for air!

I feel like I can come up for air, now!!! The Bazaar was beautiful and so well put together, and even though I didn't sell as much as I wanted, I felt priviledged to have been invited to be a part of!! I arrived super late for set ut and was running around like a chicken with no head, still pricing things (I REALLY want to be organized when I grow up...). Somehow I was able to snap a picture. I had to leave a couple of hours early, and Lisa was kind enough to watch my table (Thanks, Lisa!), so I could attend my oldest daughter's end of season soccer party, then from there we went straight to my other 2 daughters gymnastics meet!!!!

Yesterday I decided to tackle my downstairs den/guest bedroom/ sewing storage/ pandora's box!!! I took most of it out and started putting things back the way I want them. It is a long process, as I have a lot of unfinished projects and sewing supplies scattered around, but I will get there!! here are just a couple of pictures of where I am right now... I hope to be done in a couple of days, then I will show you the entire room!!

I found a pair of these gorgeous vintage curtains at Monticello a couple of months ago, and with a good soak in Oxyclean (they were very dingy...), they look beautiful and will be gracing the room windows.

This adorable lamp was found at a flea market in Lisbon a couple of years ago. I absolutely love it!!! I will share more pictures soon! Have a great week!

  1. I am so glad the weekend went well. Your table looks great. There is nothing like feeling organized. Your home looks beautiful already. Good luck.

  3. Thanks for dropping by my blog. I love bark cloth too. Can't bear to cut it-I just keep it folded where I can look at it when I'm feeling blue. Deb
