{Loving me some} Ruffles & Rust...

As we were driving back home from another amazing show, I couldn't help but think that, even though it was wonderful to come back with a lighter load and a heavier wallet, what was really, really standing out from the weekend was the way my heart felt warmer... I cannot even begin to tell you how incredibly rewarding it is to visit with like-minded people, who love good "junk" as much as you do...!!! The displays were absolutely jaw-dropping and, honestly, after visiting so many amazing booths, I couldn't even bring myself to take pictures of my own booth, as I felt a bit like an under-achiever... So.... Here is some great eye candy for you to enjoy!!

Friday night show preview (First Choice shopping) included a creative hat challenge, and boy, did we see a lot of whimsically fun and spectacular hats...!!

One of my favorite moments of the show was an impromptu dress-up party in my booth with two of my favorite girls, Tiffany and Kim....

Skinny Miss Fancy Farmgirl bought this sweet, romantic dress, which fit her like a glove!

Elegant Miss Mimi Charmante looked absolutely charming (and, dare I say, sexy) in this gorgeous vintage wedding dress...

These sweet girls (Amy and Kris, from the Today's Country Store) are the best booth neighbors a girl could ever have.... Thank you for feeding me when I was hungry and medicating me out of a nasty cold!!!

Thank you so much to all who stopped by to say hi, I truly enjoyed your visits... And thank you, Timi, for working so hard to put together a truly rewarding show...
Next stop... Farm Chicks!!!!!!

  5. I didn't see you at all during the show Isabel . . . wasn't it busy?! You never cease to amaze me with your abilities to balance work and home. Maison Douce is double-good at both! Wish we had a chance to chat more, but glad you had a grand time--we did too!!

  6. Heaven, pure heaven! I don't know they they don't have anything like that here (Long Island). There are bunch of outdoor antiques/flea markets in Brooklyn and NYC that I'm hoping to hit this summer.

  8. Hi Isabel, I loooved Rust & Ruffles! You were busy, but I did say 'Hello' when I stopped in your booth! I so badly wanted the sweet little pink chair and while I was trying to decide where I'd put it, another person snatched it up (but I was happy), it was going with the cute desk...they belonged together! 16. Isabel, lovely, lovely photos. Where was this show? I live in a small town on the edge of the L.A. (CA) county line and want to find some of these shows to shop at...is there a show directory you can share?

I will definitely be back to visit.
